For service requests, please click the Request Service button above. This allows you to submit your information for scheduling. I may be occupied with clients and unable to answer calls, so texting is usually the most efficient way to reach me with specific questions. I aim to respond to all inquiries by the next business day, and appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
Forget-Me-Not Veterinary provides in-home euthanasia for cats and dogs in Columbia, SC. I will consider other small animal species on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to provide your beloved pet with a peaceful, comfortable experience in your home.
Pricing for home euthanasia services starts at $375.
Cremation/Aquamation fees are separate from my services. Please see the Aftercare Options page for cost information.
Additional charges may include an extended travel fee based on your location, pets over 100 pounds, and extended visits lasting longer than 90 minutes.
