About Dr. Crystal Knight

Dr. Crystal Knight has been a practicing veterinarian for over 20 years in the Columbia area of South Carolina. During this time she has come to know that providing a peaceful euthanasia experience for our pets, surrounded by family at home, is one of the most important parts of her work as a veterinarian. After developing a special interest in providing families with the best end of life care for their pet, she became certified in Companion Animal Euthanasia through CAETA.

Finishing her undergraduate degree from Clemson University in Animal Science in 1995, Dr. Knight went on to graduate from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. As a resident of Irmo and Columbia since 1985, Dr. Knight is familiar with many of the local veterinary clinics, and she will be glad to let your veterinary office know of your pet's passing if you so choose. ​

During her time away from work, Dr. Knight can usually be found supporting her sons in whatever endeavor they are undertaking. She also enjoys reading, bird watching, playing the piano, hiking, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and her Bullmastiff, Charleigh.
